1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using exposoftwares.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site. EXPO SOFTWARES, LLC ("we," "us," "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after modifications constitutes acceptance.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY — CORE AESTHETICS ATLAS
The Core Aesthetics Atlas, including all pages, images, illustrations, text, data, ratings, color palettes, layout designs, and any other content contained within the Atlas (collectively, "Atlas Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of EXPO SOFTWARES, LLC. All rights are reserved.
The Atlas Content is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing on the Site only. The Atlas is a living digital exhibit — it is designed to be experienced on-site and is not intended for distribution, download, or reproduction in any form.
3. PROHIBITED USES — ATLAS CONTENT
The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and are strictly prohibited. Violation may subject you to legal action and claims for damages, including but not limited to statutory damages, actual damages, and attorney's fees:
- No Distribution or Reuploading: You may not distribute, reupload, repost, republish, or share any Atlas page or portion of Atlas Content by any means, on any platform, in any format. This includes but is not limited to uploading Atlas pages (whole or partial) to Pinterest, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Tumblr, Facebook, Discord, Telegram, or any other social media platform, website, forum, messaging service, or file-sharing platform.
- No Screenshots for Distribution: You may not take screenshots, screen recordings, or screen captures of Atlas Content for the purpose of sharing, distributing, reposting, or embedding on any platform. Screenshots of Atlas Content embedded in social media posts, stories, reels, or any other public or private content are expressly prohibited.
- No Monetization: You may not sell, license, sublicense, monetize, or otherwise commercially exploit any Atlas Content. This includes using Atlas Content in monetized videos, livestreams, paid courses, print products, merchandise, NFTs, or any other revenue-generating activity.
- No Commercial Use: You may not use Atlas Content for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to: monetized YouTube videos, Twitch/Kick livestreams, TikTok creator fund content, Instagram branded content, advertising materials, client presentations, pitch decks, or any context where Atlas Content is used in connection with revenue generation.
- No Data Harvesting or Scraping: You may not use any automated tool, bot, scraper, crawler, spider, data mining tool, AI training pipeline, or any other automated means to access, copy, download, extract, index, or harvest any Atlas Content or other content from the Site. This prohibition applies to all automated access regardless of purpose, including but not limited to archiving, indexing, machine learning, AI model training, dataset creation, and academic research.
- No Derivative Works: You may not create derivative works based on Atlas Content, including but not limited to: tracing, redrawing, recreating, remixing, editing, filtering, overlaying, annotating, or otherwise modifying any Atlas page or portion thereof.
4. PERMITTED USES
The following uses are permitted and encouraged:
- Link Sharing: You may share direct links to the Site (exposoftwares.com) on any platform. Link sharing supports the creator and is always welcome.
- Credit and Attribution: You may reference or discuss the Atlas in your own original content (blog posts, videos, social media posts) provided you credit EXPO SOFTWARES and/or @gl1tch.root and include a link to the Site. Your content must not include any Atlas pages, screenshots, or reproductions of Atlas Content.
- Personal Viewing: You may view the Atlas on the Site for personal, non-commercial enjoyment as many times as you wish. That's the whole point.
5. DAMAGES AND ENFORCEMENT
Any breach of Sections 2 or 3 of these Terms constitutes willful copyright infringement and breach of contract. EXPO SOFTWARES, LLC reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to:
- Statutory damages under the U.S. Copyright Act (up to $150,000 per work infringed for willful infringement)
- Actual damages and profits attributable to the infringement
- Injunctive relief (court orders to remove infringing content)
- Recovery of attorney's fees and costs
- DMCA takedown notices to platforms hosting infringing content
We actively monitor for unauthorized use of Atlas Content and will enforce these Terms.
6. ADVERTISEMENTS
The Site displays advertisements to support the free availability of content, including the Atlas. By using the Site, you acknowledge and accept the presence of advertisements. Ad blockers may interfere with Site functionality. Revenue generated from advertisements directly supports the continued creation and maintenance of Atlas Content and other EXPO SOFTWARES products.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXPO SOFTWARES, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
